Choose your ideal new Berkeley home from a participating development and Berkeley can offer up to 65% of the purchase price of your new home for your existing home.

Three local agents will independently value your existing home. One of the Berkeley team will also carry out a home visit.
Offer
Berkeley will give you a written guarantee of a purchase price, based on the average valuation of your existing home.
Decision
Once you accept the offer, you will reserve your new home and exchange contracts in the usual manner. You will exchange with 10% of the purchase price, unless otherwise agreed.
Best Deal
Get the highest possible price for you existing home. You can opt to find your own buyer up until 6 weeks before completion if you are buying a Berkeley home off plan.
Moving
If you are buying a home off plan and you haven’t found a better buyer at 6 weeks before the agreed completion date, Berkeley will buy your existing home outright as agreed so the sales can complete simultaneously.
