Safeguarding Measures

We have introduced a number of safeguarding measures, enabling you to have a safe and enjoyable viewing experience. Here's what you can expect when you visit us:

  • You must wear a face covering for the duration - you may bring your own, or use a single use surgical face mask which will be available at the appointment
  • 2 metre social distancing will be in place
  • We ask that you limit the amount of people attending your appointment to ensure social distancing can be maintained
  • We ask that you have no more than 1 child at your appointment
  • We request that you use the hand sanitisers provided
  • If you feel unwell, please do not attend any appointments
If you would prefer not to visit, our Sales and Customer Service teams are continuing to offer a welcoming and personalised service over the phone, through our online sales portfolio and via one-to-one virtual tours.

Our post-occupation customer service teams and on-site managing agents are also operating as usual, and can be contacted via telephone and our My Home Plus customer portal.
