Clarendon Offers Easy Commute for City Worker Seyed

When Seyed Ahlesaadat, a 22-year-old Investment Banking Analyst, starting looking for his first apartment, he knew he wanted to live in a part of London with good transport connections into the City, where he works.

Having previously been renting a room in a flat share, he discovered Clarendon – a major new development between Hornsey and Wood Green – and was immediately impressed.

He explains:

“The overall experience during my initial visit to the Sales & Marketing Suite was very positive, and it contributed significantly to my decision to move here. I was impressed by the high level of service and the accessibility of the team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction stood out to me and I found the build quality of the property to be exceptional.”

His new commute is made easy by Clarendon’s excellent local transport connections, with four train stations all within a 15-minute walk.

“The local transport at Clarendon is excellent, especially with its convenient connections to the Piccadilly line. I can reach my office in St. Paul’s within 40 minutes door to door.”

Seyed has quickly grown fond of the local area and all that it offers. Located in a leafy neighbourhood at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park, Clarendon is minutes from the famous park, which offers some of the most scenic views of London, and a range of events and activities throughout the year within the Palace, including comedy evenings, live music events, ice skating and the iconic Fireworks event in November. Crouch End, a cultural hotspot, is easily reached by regular bus services, whilst Wood Green, a thriving and energetic neighbourhood full of restaurants and bars, is just 10 minutes away.

“I love the local area around Clarendon. There is a diverse range of dining options and all the essential services are readily available, with a nearby Sainsbury's for groceries. One of my favourite aspects of living here is the proximity to green spaces. I often go for long walks in the beautiful green areas near the development, like Alexandra Palace Park.”
