After a year of renting a home at Clarendon, she soon fell in love with the development and decided to step on to the property ladder and purchase a one-bedroom apartment of her own.
“I used to run past Clarendon three or four times a week, so I always had an interest in what was being built here. I liked the look of it and with my previous tenancy coming to an end, I decided to move into a rented apartment, where I was able to enjoy all the benefits of living in a new regeneration scheme.”
Whilst renting, Kimberly made some great friends and decided to explore the idea of buying her own apartment.
“Once I’d moved to Clarendon, I made some great friends – including Matt, who owned a one-bedroom apartment which overlooked Alexandra Palace – and after a year of renting, it felt like the right decision to explore the options of buying my own home. So, Matt introduced me to the sales team, where they helped me find the perfect one-bedroom apartment. Since moving in, I’ve referred a couple of friends as I really feel this a great place to live!”
