Do I need previous Customer service, Management or Industry experience?

Previous industry experience is not required.  You must have the right attitude/personality and be passionate and focussed on wanting to deliver a first class customer experience and service.  Previous experience in a customer facing environment would be desirable.

What is the recruitment process?

You will be asked to submit a CV via the 'Application' section of this website. We will conduct telephone/Skype interviews and we will ask for a video application - a psychometric test will follow for successful applicants. The final stage will be an assessment day, which will include interviews and presentations with senior management. You will be kept updated on the progress of your application through.

What training will be provided and how long will it last?

Successful candidates will undertake an 8 week training programme, which will be a combination of classroom based work and office based experience.

Will I be expected to travel?

During the 8 week academy programme candidates will be expected to travel to a London based classroom environment and to regional offices.

When do application open/close?

Open 15th October and close 30th November.
