If you have a parcel due to be delivered while you’re at work, the concierge will sign for your package and keep it safe until you collect it.

Having a concierge located at the front entrance also reassures you of the enhanced safety and security at your new home.

At Berkeley Group, we’ve taken care of this by providing private cinema rooms at many of our developments, such as Royal Exchange and Eden Grove

Being able to head to a private cinema room provides the perfect date night destination, a great way to entertain the kids or simply relax on the weekend. 

All you need to do is book ahead to secure your spot, and you can be watching your favourite movie, the latest release, or sporting event in ultimate style and maximum comfort.

Remote meetings may have become the norm for many, but the need for a functional and professional space to attend meetings, albeit virtually, remains as important as ever for many of our residents.
