If you have a parcel due to be delivered while you’re at work, the concierge will sign for your package and keep it safe until you collect it.

When you need help organising transport or want advice on which local restaurants to try, the concierge will offer their extensive knowledge of the local area and provide any assistance you need. Having a concierge located at the front entrance also reassures you of the enhanced safety and security at your new home. 

At some of our developments, such as Chelsea Creek and West End Gate, we offer a 24-hour concierge service, meaning someone will always be on hand to deliver a seamless living experience.

Private Cinema Rooms

Heading to the cinema these days can be costly, and you can always rely on the distractions of people chatting, the sound of sweets being open, and popcorn everywhere. 

At Berkeley Group, we’ve taken care of this by providing private cinema rooms at many of our developments, such as Royal Exchange and Eden Grove. 

Being able to head to a private cinema room provides the perfect date night destination, a great way to entertain the kids or simply relax on the weekend. 

All you need to do is book ahead to secure your spot, and you can be watching your favourite movie, the latest release, or sporting event in ultimate style and maximum comfort.

Professional Meeting Spaces

Remote meetings may have become the norm for many, but the need for a functional and professional space to attend meetings, albeit virtually, remains as important as ever for many of our residents. 

Working from home is often filled with disruptions, which aren’t what you need when trying to concentrate or hold an important meeting.

We’ve solved this issue by providing on-site private meeting rooms and business lounges at many of our developments, such as King’s Road Park and Lumina. This way, you’ll have all the privacy you’d have in an office, with the convenience of being only moments away from home. 

All business lounges and meeting rooms are Wi-Fi enabled for fast connectivity and have excellent audio-visual equipment to enable you to conduct those all-important work meetings with ease.
