St George, London's leading mixed use developer, is delighted to host a ground breaking ceremony for 177 new affordable rental homes which will be delivered at Beaufort Park in partnership with Notting Hill Housing.
The event, which takes place on the 14th July from 10:30-12 noon, will be attended by Councillor Richard Cornelius, leader of Barnet Council, as well as other Barnet councillors, offices and representatives from St George and Notting Hill Housing.

Beaufort Park is a successful multi-tenure development on the former RAF aerodrome. Construction started in 2005 and development is now half way through with 1,500 homes delivered as well as new shops, restaurants and offices and a one acre park. 617 affordable homes have already been delivered in a range of tenures including social rent and shared ownership.
