St George, a proud member of the Berkeley Group, has been awarded two accolades in recognition of its commitment to delivering both outstanding customer service and beautifully designed, high-quality homes, facilities and amenities across London.
This marks the 10th year St George has received the 'Gold' award, and the 9th consecutive year the company has been recognised for the 'Outstanding Achievement' award for customer satisfaction from In-house Research, who are specialists in collecting customer data that helps to inform practical business decisions with the customer experience at the forefront.
These awards are based on customer feedback and recognise the contribution and commitment of companies in the delivery of a world class customer experience.
St George was judged by customers who completed on, and moved into, their homes last year, who provided independently reviewed feedback on their experience.
The 'Gold Award' is presented to a business that achieves a customer recommendation score of 90% or above. As a result of the fantastic service and continuous commitment from the team over the last year, almost 99% of customers said they would recommend St George.
The 'Outstanding Achievement Award' is accredited to businesses that put the customer at the heart of all their work, whether that be through the design and development of a new community, through to the aftercare provided to new residents. A Net Promoter Score (NPS), of 65 or above is required to receive this award, with St George successfully scoring 79.8.
