Berkeley Group has been recognised as one of the best companies in the UK for early careers, following the announcement of the 2025/26 The Job Crowd rankings.
The annual survey ranks companies based on anonymous feedback from the previous year’s intake of apprentices and graduates across a wide range of industries, reflecting their real experiences within their organisations.
In the national apprentice ranking across all sectors, Berkeley placed fourth overall, and for the national graduate rankings, the company placed 17th.
Berkeley also received category-leading scores across several key areas. The Group was ranked first for “Colleagues,” second for “Location,” and third for “Career Progression,” “Enjoyment of Role,” and “Training” for apprentices.
