We are pleased to announce that St George has been awarded two accolades in recognition of our commitment to delivering both outstanding customer service and beautifully designed, high-quality homes, facilities and amenities across London.
St George has received both the 'Gold' and 'Outstanding Achievement' 2021 awards for customer satisfaction from In-house Research. These awards are based purely on customer feedback and recognise the contribution and commitment of companies in the delivery of a world class customer experience. We were judged by our customers who moved into their new homes over the last year and provided independently reviewed feedback on their experience with us.
The 'Gold Award' is presented to a business that is able to achieve a customer recommendation score of 90% or above, and as a result of the continuous commitment from the St George team over the last year, 99.1% of our customers stated they would recommend us.
The 'Outstanding Achievement Award' is accredited to businesses that put the customer at the heart of all their work, from top level management through to the teams on the ground. A Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 65 or above is required to receive this award and we're thrilled to say that we scored 79.8.
