Berkeley Group picked up three accolades last night at the Building London Planning Awards 2020.
Berkeley St Edward's Oval Village was named Best Mixed Use Scheme and was the Judges' pick of the night; chosen across all entries for its contribution to the Mayor's Good Growth agenda.
Berkeley's Kidbrooke Village also won The Mayor of London's Award for Sustainable & Environmental Planning. This development, which is being delivered in partnership with the London Wildlife Trust and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, is on course to increase the biodiversity on the site by 200%.
The awards, now in their 17th year, celebrate outstanding development and planning in London. They are organised by London First, in partnership with the Mayor of London, London Councils, the Planning Officers Society London and the Royal Town Planning Institute.
