St George has been awarded two 2016 NHBC 'Pride in the Job' Quality awards, recognising the best site managers in the UK.
The awards were received by Sean Chappell, Senior Construction Manager for Kew Bridge and Paul Mackenzie, Project Director for Sovereign Court.
Sean Chappell said: "It's an honour to be recognised in the prestigious Pride in the Job awards and to celebrate the fantastic work the team at St George is doing in delivering this mixed use development on a safe and considerate construction site."
Paul Mackenzie said: "I am delighted to receive a Pride in the Job Quality award and am very proud to be leading the Sovereign Court project team. We are creating an exceptional mixed-use development on a very complicated and constrained site in Hammersmith Town Centre."
The Kew Bridge development has transformed a 4.5 acre formerly vacant site into a high quality development. It is due for completion later this year, with 304 homes (34 of which will be affordable) and 40,000 sq ft of commercial space. Over half of the site is public open space including 150m of river walk and a new public square, which will open later in summer 2016.
Sovereign Court is creating a mixed-use development in the heart of Hammersmith Town Centre. It will comprise 418 homes (of which 124 will be affordable), 5,000sq ft of commercial space and a new public car park with space for 700 vehicles.
