Nathaniel Reilly O'Donnell, 26, an Olympic rowing hopeful, has purchased a one bedroom apartment at St George's landmark waterside address on the River Thames.
Nathaniel commented: "I have lived in the area since I first moved to London and was studying at University College London. I chose it because of its close proximity to the river and I knew straight away that this was the area I wanted to live in."
Currently in training for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Nathaniel travels to his training grounds outside Reading each morning. Kew Bridge is within perfect reach of the M4 and A40, as well as being located 100m from Kew Bridge rail station, offering direct trains into London Waterloo.
Nathaniel will move into his new home in summer 2016, with his fiancé, a physiotherapist at St George's hospital in Tooting.
Kew Bridge encompasses an array of exclusive amenities including a fitness suite, underground parking* and a 24 hour concierge as well as many local conveniences including its very own pontoon, Costa, Sainsbury's, Hammond's butchers and delicatessen and Kew Bridge's very own gastro pub, One over the Ait, by renowned London brewer Fuller, Smith & Turner.
The wider development was designed by leading architects John Thompson & Partners, who have worked to complement the surrounding environment, creating shimmering reflective pools along the riverside walkways to create a peaceful living space in a relaxed waterside setting.
