Warwick Road, Kensington and Chelsea

We are transforming a hard, busy part of Kensington into an elegant and welcoming new community.

This neighbourhood will provide 1,000 new homes, a primary school, leisure facilities, a public courtyard garden, and retail space at ground level, covering three interconnected sites, 375 Kensington High Street, Kensington Row and Royal Warwick Square. The primary school was built by St Edward and comes with a full-size sports hall, wildlife garden and large play area on the roof. The school acts as a central place for local families to mix and meet, while neighbours and local businesses can hire the sports hall outside of working hours to run football, basketball and netball sessions.

The community is brought together with an annual summer BBQ and winter 'Carols in the Courtyard'. There are quarterly meetings for residents to get to know their neighbours and a newsletter, which includes announcements of marriages and births on the development.
