The new premises at Dickens Yard marks the second London location for Blo Bar after the success of its first venue in Chiswick.
Gavin Hubrich, Commercial Property Director, St George West London, said:
"It's an exciting time at Dickens Yard as a variety of retail, restaurants and wellbeing brands are set to open this year. Blo Bar is the first of these brands to arrive and is a fantastic addition to the neighbourhood which is fast becoming one of the best lifestyle destinations in West London."
Nadia Gaur, Owner of Blo Bar commented:
"Following the success of Chiswick we decided that Ealing was the best place to go next. We are so excited to have landed in Dickens Yard, we have tried to combine the best of everything which includes experts in hairdressing, makeup & beauty as well as providing an on-site crèche for the little cherubs. We hope you like us. The glam squad are at the ready for Ealing!"
Dickens Yard comprises 700 new homes and new public spaces. A range of brands are now open at Dickens Yard including Triyoga, Charlotte's W5 and Benham & Reeves. Blo Bar is the latest opening in a wave of new stores arriving in the coming months including Tonkotsu, Gail's Bakery, Kumon, Jigsaw, Content by Terence Conran and Gymbox.
Dickens Yard plays a significant role in the wider regeneration of Ealing ahead of the arrival of the Elizabeth Line at Ealing Broadway station. The expanded frequency of the Elizabeth line will see commutes reduced and journeys made easier via new, high-capacity trains. The new station will halve journey times to central London, with travel to Bond Street in 11 minutes, Liverpool Street in 18 minutes and Canary Wharf in 25 minutes. Heathrow Airport terminals two and three will be just 14 minutes away via the new line.
