House Hunters Relocate to Hollyfields for Their Perfect Family Home
Raluca (47) a treasurer, and her husband Athanasios (48) a civil engineer, had been living in north London for many years. Struggling to find a home they could afford in the area to accommodate their growing family, the couple decided they needed to broaden their search to commutable and more affordable areas around London and embarked on a property search in Kent.
With Kent becoming increasingly popular, it is unsurprising there has been a surge in demand for homes within the area - especially for energy efficient new-builds with the current cost of living crisis. Raluca says: “With our boys now growing up, we needed to find a home with more space, a garden and excellent schools which suited our family needs. We also have these lovely French doors leading out to the garden which floods the living area with so much light.” She adds: “The boys are absolutely loving the garden; it’s been such a blessing having a space they can play safely and enjoy the outdoors.”
