We aim to make the home-buying process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible for all our customers, and to provide a professional, efficient, business-like and helpful service at all times.

From Exchange to Completion

We appreciate buying a new home is an important decision, and have a team of specialists, including your dedicated Customer Service Manager, available to assist you throughout the process, making this an easy and straightforward process. Your Customer Service Manager will invite you to select your individual finishes for your new home, arrange to visit the property during the construction process, keep you up to date with construction progress and answer all questions you may have in the lead up to moving in to your new home.

After Completion

Your Customer Service Manager will look after you and your new home after completion. Once you have moved in, at your convenience, they will provide a detailed handover demonstration to encompass all aspects of your new home and the development. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries you may have. When buying a new home from St George, your home is covered by a 10-year building warranty and complemented by a further St George 2-year warranty. This level of care and service sets St George apart from our competitors.
