Ross Faragher, Managing Director, St George Central London commented; "We are delighted to secure the sale to JAB Anstoetz, attracted by the first class retail and showroom accommodation, growing number of design led commercial operators, excellent transport links and more favourable opportunities to those currently available at Chelsea Design Centre, where they are relocating from."
Located on the north bank of the River Thames, Imperial Wharf is one of London's premier riverside locations, including restaurant, retail and leisure facilities.
Michael Constable, Managing Director of JAB International Furnishings Limited commented; "We are delighted to have the opportunity to relocate our new flagship showroom to Imperial Wharf. The quality of the development linked with the new rail station persuaded us to move from Chelsea Harbour. The building is perfect for our design led products and displays. We are now planning the grand opening for as soon as possible."
JAB Anstoetz is the latest design company to make the move to Imperial Wharf following Roca, Tateossian, Phase II Accessories and SCG London.
