How It Works

  1. Purchase one of our exclusive apartments, that are part of the rental guarantee. For examples apartment C.7.06, a 3-bedroom, £630,000 apartment. 
  2. Generate a monthly rental income of £2,800
  3. Upon completion St Joseph will provide an 5% yield of £31,200
  4. This apartment will then have a potential combined amount of £5,400. Achieving a 10.45% yield for apartment C.7.06.
