Customer Satisfaction Commitment

When you buy a new home you can be safe in the knowledge that it is built to a very high standard of design and quality, has low environmental impact and that you will enjoy an exceptional customer experience.

From Exchange to Completion

Your dedicated Customer Service representative receives you at point of exchange and then takes you through to completion, informing you of the progress of your new home, and the choices and options available. They will be on hand to answer any question you may have during the lead-in to moving.

After Completion

Your Customer Service representative will look after you and your new home after completion. Once you have moved in, you will receive a thorough demonstration of how to operate the equipment in your new home. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries.

The property benefits from a ten year NHBC warranty. This is complemented by our warranty for the first two years.

The purpose of the code is to ensure that home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make their decision and know how to access speedy, low cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.

Investors in Customers

Investor in Customers (IIC) is an independent agency who conduct rigorous customer experience assessments and benchmark exercises. The results determine the quality of a company's customer service and relationships across a number of dimensions, including how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it engenders loyalty. The IIC also compares and contrasts the views of staff and senior management to identify how embedded the customer is within the company's thinking.
