Your dedicated Customer Service representative receives you at point of exchange and then takes you through to completion, informing you of the progress of your new home, and the choices and options available. They will be on hand to answer any question you may have during the lead-in to moving.
Your Customer Service representative will look after you and your new home after completion. Once you have moved in, you will receive a thorough demonstration of how to operate the equipment in your new home. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries.
