Berkeley Group has been awarded the Platinum Award for Customer Satisfaction 2026 by In-house Research, recognising the exceptional experience it delivers to customers throughout the homebuying journey.
The new accolade represents the highest level of recognition and places Berkeley among the UK’s top-performing housebuilders for customer satisfaction for the 12th consecutive year.
In-house Research Ltd, a leading expert in measuring customer satisfaction in the new homes sector, independently collects feedback from homeowners after they move in to determine the annual awards.
The awards assess key aspects of the homebuying experience, including how well customers are kept informed, the condition of their home at handover, how any defects are handled, and whether they would recommend their housebuilder to others.

This latest recognition builds on Berkeley’s strong track record for customer satisfaction. The company has an independently verified Net Promoter Score (NPS) from its customers of +81.6, significantly higher than the industry average of +59 (HBF, March 2025), and 98% of customers would recommend Berkeley to a friend, compared to an industry average of 94%.
