An exceptional Senior Project Manager from Berkeley Group has won the overall Supreme Award at the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards 2025.
Dickson Pang, Senior Project Manager at the White City Living regeneration project, was named the London Regional winner in October before going on to scoop the prestigious Supreme Award last week. This marks the third time the team at White City Living has been recognised with this top honour.
Dickson was also handed a coveted “Seal of Excellence Award”, along with three other Berkeley Group winners; Sebastian Bradley (Bow Green), Graham Cook (Oval Village) and Kasper Westbrook (Alexandra Gate).
The annual Pride in the Job competition involves an independent site management assessment across six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health & safety.
Dean Summers, Divisional Managing Director at Berkeley Group, said: “This is an exceptional achievement for Dickson, the wider project team, and our supply chain partners. To be recognised in such a competitive category reflects the expertise, dedication, and quality of delivery that our teams bring to every project. It’s especially fitting that this comes as Dickson celebrates his 10-year anniversary with Berkeley - a fantastic milestone and a well-deserved recognition of his contribution.”
Commenting on the Awards, Cassandra Codling, Senior Regional Director at NHBC said: “Congratulations to Dickson Pang from Berkeley for their Supreme Winner 2025 Pride in the Job Award. They are an inspiration and should be very proud of the quality of new homes they are delivering.
“Thousands of outstanding site managers have made their mark on the industry in the 45 years Pride in the Job has been running. This continued focus on excellence is vital to support the Government’s 1.5 million new homes target and to ensure that all housing is built to the quality owners and occupiers should expect.”
Berkeley’s winners reflect the dedication and expertise of the company’s in-house teams and the high standards of customer satisfaction, build quality and health & safety achieved across the business.
