The new Shinfield Film Studios is attracting a cohort of creatives to relocate to the town on the back of the major film and TV productions that are being made across the 18 stages – from The Acolyte to Last One Laughing.
Reading’s train station now opens out into One Station Hill, a spectacular £800 million office, housing and retail development which opened in 2025.
