The new community enjoys access to over 200 nearby green spaces, including seven Green Flag awarded parks, and The Welsh Harp (a local Site of Special Scientific Interest).
Silkstream itself features a 1.5 acre public park and a 175m oxbow lake. Running around the perimeter is the Silk Stream, one of London’s lost rivers, which will be sensitively regenerated. The three landscaped podium gardens; Mosaic, Meadow, and Woodland have been designed to offer residents different outlooks and spaces to meet friends, relax or just enjoy the views across the city.
Silkstream marks an exciting new chapter for Hendon.
