The Lord Mayor of Canterbury recently visited Kingsbrook Park in Canterbury to officially unveil Park Crescent, a stunning collection of elegant Georgian style five bedroom homes designed by Berkeley. Accompanied by the Lady Mayoress Mrs Barbara Todd, the Lord Mayor Councillor Pat Todd was given a tour of the substantial new homes, some of which come with a separate coach house in the back garden!
Following the unveiling, the Lord Mayor said: "I am delighted to have been asked to officially open this unique collection of period style homes and hope residents at Park Crescent will be very happy and build a strong community here."
Prior to the launch, four of the properties at Park Crescent were sold and with 60 families visiting during the launch weekend, Berkeley anticipates further sales in the forthcoming weeks.
