Dr Vajramani and Pavanee opted for the largest house design on the Holborough Lakes development, with a very spacious internal living area of 2,127 square feet. Their garden is also the largest available, and on quality for cost, Dr Vajramani stated:
“We believe the price we paid offered great value for money and investment potential; since we moved in, we have seen a significant appreciation in value for similar homes on the site.
