St Williams 'Recommend a Friend' Scheme Helps First-Time Buyer Find a Home at Clarendon
Kimberly Cornfield first discovered Clarendon – one of St William’s major regeneration schemes located in Hornsey, North London - whilst out on her regular running route.
After a year of renting a home at Clarendon, she soon fell in love with the development and decided to step on to the property ladder and purchase a one-bedroom apartment of her own.
Kimberly comments: “I used to run past Clarendon three or four times a week, so I always had an interest in what was being built here.
