Building Awards 2019

The Berkeley Group have been named the 'Housebuilder of the Year' at the Building Awards.
This was the 26th year of The Building Awards, organised by The Building Magazine in partnership with Assemble media group, it brings together leading companies in the Property and Construction Industry.
International Property Awards 2019

Two Berkeley Group developments were announced winners within the UK Phase of the International Property awards 2019.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the World.
Housebuilder Awards 2019

The Berkeley Group have been crowned Sustainable Housebuilder of the year.
The ceremony was held at the InterContinental London at The O2. The Housebuilder awards are sponsored by Housebuilder magazine in partnership with the HBF and NHBC recognising innovation and excellence in the Housebuilding Industry.
The EG Future of Real Estate Awards

This year the EG awards focused wholly on celebrating the individuals and businesses at the forefront of innovation. Those who change the property industry and built environment for the better.
Berkeley was named National Company of the Year, as well as winning the Future of Real Estate Award on Tuesday evening. Judges praised the company's "desire to go beyond the conventional and to create a world where people can thrive."
The Pineapple Awards
9th July 2019
St George with London Dock and Patel Taylor, picked up the award for Places in Progress.
The Pineapples, sponsored by the Design Council and created by The Developer, celebrate the urban life of developments and places where people want to live, work and play.
London Dock picked up a Pineapple, for what the judges described as its "lovely scale, great historic reference, inviting, great use of landscape and water, and great connections".
