Launching February 2027

Your First Home Scheme – Upcoming Government Backed First Time Buyer Scheme

The Government’s new Your First Home Scheme is intended to make buying a new-build home more accessible for first-time buyers, with a lower upfront deposit.

It will support first-time buyers in England, particularly those with a regular income who may find it difficult to save a larger deposit.

Who Is Eligible for the Your First Home Scheme?

The scheme is expected to open for applications in February 2027, with pre-registration expected from December 2026. Information about eligible homes and the application process is expected to be published by the Government before applications open.
