St George, London's leading developer, announces that Dickens Yard has welcomed the UK's first ever free-roam virtual reality and bar experience, which opened in April 2019.
Navrtar hosts an entertainment venue comprising of 4,451 sq ft, to the rear of Market Street. Navrtar specialises in creating new and innovative experiences for its players and offers a range of different options including a five-player session, perfect for corporates or private parties, as well as solo experiences for individuals. A unique combination of snacks and beverages, leisure and technology, Navrtar offers a new social space to Ealing and beyond.
Navrtar forms part of an emerging consumer trend towards e-gaming which is set to reach a value of $1.6 billion by 2022, having gained an impressive worldwide following with free-roam VR experiences available in Japan, US and Australia.

Dickens Yard is a new destination in Ealing comprising 700 new homes, a range of public spaces and an array of lifestyle brands now open including triyoga, No.17 Dickens Yard bar and restaurant, GAIL's Bakery, Jigsaw, Tonkotsu, Balans Soho Society, The Kumon Centre, Charlotte's W5, Blo Bar and Benham & Reeves.
Dickens Yard is playing a significant role in the wider regeneration of Ealing ahead of the arrival of the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway station. The expanded frequency of the Elizabeth line will see commutes reduced and journeys made easier via new, high-capacity trains. The new station will halve journey times to central London, with travel to Bond Street in 11 minutes, Liverpool Street in 18 minutes and Canary Wharf in 25 minutes. Heathrow Airport terminals two and three will be just 14 minutes away via the new line.
