A new gymnasium has been unveiled at Beaufort Park. The new space has been extended with new equipment, a modern fitness studio and a new work out space, which is for the exclusive use of Beaufort Park residents, further increasing the high quality amenities available.
The gym floor has doubled in size with the extra floor space accommodating cutting edge cardio vascular machines including treadmills, three different types of exercise bikes and a cross trainer. There will also be seven new pieces of weight equipment. Following high demand from residents at Beaufort Park, the new fitness studio will offer an array of exemplary classes alongside the current offering of Body Blitz, Interval Training, Core, Self Defence and Circuit.
Grant Charles, Gym and Spa Manager, Motiv8, said: "The new, larger gym at Beaufort Park is a great amenity for residents and we are looking to fully utilise the studio space with classes. We will be looking to send out a class survey to find out what are the most popular classes to run, from a resident perspective. Once we have collated all the information, we will set a class timetable that reflects the popularity of class type and time."
Beaufort Park has one of the finest gym and spa offerings in the local area and is the only new development with a swimming pool. The private resident-only spa includes the new gym, a swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Beaufort Park also offers a first-class choice of restaurants, retail and leisure activities including Rouge Studios, a community-based creative hub, artisan coffee specialists Coffee Affair, Bright Horizons nursery and Jun Ming Xuan Chinese restaurant. New openings at Beaufort Park include Hannah London, a beauty therapist, hair salon and medi spa, and Vivo Music Centre, which hosts music workshops, tuition classes and instrument repair services.
