St George, London's leading mixed use developer, hosted the annual Concert in the Park at Beaufort Park on Saturday 27 June, attracting over a thousand residents and visitors from across the local community.
The free event took place in the stunning parkland setting and featured an afternoon of lively music performances from around the globe, including Cuban Soul and headline performance by Urban Collective.
Visitors also enjoyed a range of family entertainment including face painting and giant games, a tasty BBQ, homemade cakes and refreshments. The Senior Concert Band from the Hendon Music Centre returned to open Concert in the Park this year, with talented youngsters from the local area performing a range of popular music and original brass band pieces.
Deputy Mayor of the London Borough of Barnet, Councillor Alison Cornelius, who attended the event commented; "It was wonderful to see so many residents and members of the local community of all ages enjoying the fantastic live music performances, delicious food and drink served by local businesses and the various children's activities on offer throughout the afternoon and evening"

Visitors were able to relax whilst enjoying the tasty BBQ along with summer refreshments served by Young's bar and restaurant, The Beaufort, and homemade cakes, pastries and soft drinks from Coffee Affair, both of which are located at Beaufort Park.
