Customers can now visit our Sales & Marketing Suites. For the time-being, and in line with Government guidance this will be by appointment.

We have introduced a number of safeguarding measures, enabling you to have a safe and enjoyable viewing experience. Here's what you can expect when you visit us:

  • You must wear a face covering for the duration of your appointment
  • You may bring your own, or use a single use surgical face mask which will be available at the appointment
  • 2 metre social distancing will be in place
  • A maximum of two adults may attend the appointment
  • Children (under 18) may not attend the appointment
  • Hand sanitiser provided must be used on entering the premises
  • Showhome viewings will not be accompanied by your Sales Consultant
  • Gloves provided must be worn while viewing any communal areas
  • If you are classed as vulnerable or feel unwell, please do not attend any appointments

If you would prefer not to visit, our Sales and Customer Service teams are continuing to offer a welcoming and personalised service over the phone, through our online sales portfolio and via one-to-one virtual tours.

Our post-occupation customer service teams and on-site managing agents are also operating as usual, and can be contacted via telephone and our My Home Plus customer portal.
