Berkeley Group had great success at the 39th year of the What House? Awards, which was held online on Friday 27th November.

The Group managed to scoop the following awards;

Best Large Housebuilder - Berkeley Group (Gold)
Best Sustainable Development - Berkeley, Woodberry Down (Silver)
Best Luxury Development - Berkeley, Forbury (Silver)
Best Apartment Scheme - Berkeley, 250 City Road (Bronze) and St James, The Dumont (Silver)
Best Mixed Use - St George, London Dock (Bronze)
Best Development - Berkeley, Taplow Riverside (Bronze)

The Midlands Residential Property Awards 2020

For the second year running St Joseph have been named

  • Urban Developer of the year
  • City Living Developer of the year

At the Insider's Midlands Residential Property Awards.

The Judges described Snow Hill Wharf as "A really impressive project in an area that up to now has been ignored by developers. This scheme will open the Gun Quarter up to more regeneration. St Joseph has brought London quality development to a neglected area."

Sunday Times British Homes Awards

The Berkeley Group received the following success at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards.

  • Developments over £10m - Berkeley Homes (Eastern Counties) - Forbury

The British Homes Awards, recognise the talent, effort and innovation of architects, designers, housebuilders, affordable housing providers and developers working across the residential property sector.  They celebrate the quality of the homes and communities being created in the UK, showcasing the best in design to key players in the property market and central and local government.

The new homes awards are sponsored by the main London regional paper. The Evening standard have named Berkeley group the best in for following categories.
