The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, recognise the residential property sector and its successes of the past year.
Berkeley Group had great success at the 39th year of the What House? Awards, which was held online on Friday 27th November.
The Group managed to scoop the following awards;
• Best Large Housebuilder - Berkeley Group (Gold)
• Best Sustainable Development - Berkeley, Woodberry Down (Silver)
• Best Luxury Development - Berkeley, Forbury (Silver)
• Best Apartment Scheme - Berkeley, 250 City Road (Bronze) and St James, The Dumont (Silver)
• Best Mixed Use - St George, London Dock (Bronze)
• Best Development - Berkeley, Taplow Riverside (Bronze)

Winner
For the second year running St Joseph have been named
At the Insider's Midlands Residential Property Awards.
The Judges described Snow Hill Wharf as "A really impressive project in an area that up to now has been ignored by developers. This scheme will open the Gun Quarter up to more regeneration. St Joseph has brought London quality development to a neglected area."
