Berkeley Group has been name recognised in The Job Crowd’s Top Companies for Apprentices and Graduates 2026/27 rankings, one of the UK’s largest early careers surveys based on anonymous feedback from apprentices and graduates.
In this year’s results, Berkeley was ranked second in the whole of the UK across all industries for apprentices, and 16th for graduates.
Within the Property and Housebuilding sector, the company secured first place in both the apprentice and graduate categories.
The annual survey ranks companies based on anonymous feedback from the previous year’s intake, reflecting their real experiences within their organisations.
Berkeley received particularly strong scores across several key areas, including company culture, career progression and support, enjoyment of role, and environmental and ethical awareness.

As part of an anonymous review, one Berkeley commercial apprentice said: “The level of responsibility I’m given is the best part of my job. It motivates me to do my best because I know the work I do genuinely makes an impact.”
Over the last year, 8.5% of Berkeley employees were in training as either apprentices, graduates or sponsored students working towards new qualifications .
