Budding entrepreneurs have the chance to bring their business dream to life with a new Youth Enterprise Programme – which is being delivered by Royal Borough of Greenwich, training provider Academy of Success, and Berkeley.
The six-week programme is targeted at young people aged 18 to 25, and aims to give them the skills and knowledge to launch their small business.
At the end of the six weeks, ten entrepreneurs will take their business idea to market and debut at the new chalet-style Christmas stalls in Beresford Square in the heart of Woolwich.
The programme starts on 20 October with in-person sessions held every Monday until 24 November. The sessions will cover confidence and mindset, research and planning, basic business set up and finances, branding and social media, preparing to trade and trading skills.

Not only will young entrepreneurs learn the basics of business and join a like-minded community, but they could even run a stall at our vibrant and popular Christmas market. I have no doubt that the Youth Enterprise Programme will produce some great up-and-coming business talent.”
