Located on our final phase at Hareshill, plots 496–501 provide the freedom to shape your own home within an established design framework, helping every property retain its individuality while complementing the character of its surroundings. 

Depending on the plot selected, homes can provide up to three or 4+ bedrooms, with permitted heights ranging from one to 2.5 storeys. Each plot has its own Plot Passport setting out its individual building footprint, height parameters and access arrangements. 

From the layout and architectural detailing to windows, doors and external finishes, self-build gives you the opportunity to create a home with a character of its own. The design guidance takes inspiration from The Woodlands, where features include red brick, weatherboarding, tile hanging, cottage-style windows and traditional detailing. 

With water and electricity connections delivered to the plots and Openreach Fibre infrastructure provided, the foundations are in place for you to begin creating a home that is truly yours.
