The REACH Apprenticeship Scheme
As a REACH Apprentice, you will be working with the UK's most successful property developer to support the next generation of highly skilled construction specialists for Central London.
At Berkeley Homes (Capital) Plc, we want you to embrace your full potential by giving you the tools and opportunity to secure a brighter and better future. The REACH Apprenticeship is about daring you to start tomorrow with an apprenticeship that allows you to become the master of your craft.
What is it?
Berkeley's Building Futures programme is open to applications from Year 13 students studying for their A-levels, or an equivalent qualification. The programme offers an alternative to the traditional university route.
The programme starts each September with the students spending a month in each of our nine departments. The rotation is supplemented with additional training, as well as placement days with our supply chain. After completing rotations Berkeley work with each individual to identify the most appropriate department for their permanent positions. The trainees are then expected to start a fully funded part time further education course the following September.
Who Should Apply?
Anyone in Year 13 studying for their final year of A-levels or an equivalent course during the application period can apply. The scheme is currently only available in one division of the Berkeley Group, so applicants must be prepared to work at our Sevenoaks office and be willing and able to travel to sites across Kent and the South East of London.
How do I apply?
