Chez Polie, located in Berkeley’s Highwood Village development, will officially open to residents on Saturday, 14th December. This exciting new community hub will offer specialty coffees, pastries, locally produced wine and beer, and a grocery section stocked with local produce.
Doors open for the first time at 8am, followed by an exclusive launch event from 3pm to 8pm, where local residents can sample delicious pizzas from Joe’s Dough and explore the new village amenity.
Once open, Chez Polie will operate six days a week, serving specialty coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, pastries, and locally sourced goods such as jams, honey, eggs, bread, and milk. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, the café transforms into a wine bar, staying open until 8pm for a relaxed evening experience.
Chez Polie aims to become a true community space, welcoming feedback from residents to cater to their needs. Whether you’re seeking a quiet spot to work, a friendly place to shop, or a cozy space to connect with neighbours, Chez Polie promises to deliver. Dogs are welcome too!
Alongside selling local products, Chez Polie will also be available to hire for classes or private events. Keen to be receptive to the community’s needs, the café provides a large space for local businesses to make use of, from yoga classes to Mum and baby classes, and everything in between.
Make sure you stop by and enjoy this vibrant addition to the community.
