Berkeley has topped out Lily House in Eden Grove, now the tallest residential building in Staines-Upon-Thames.
Eden Grove will provide 489 mixed-tenure homes for the area, along with new jobs, training opportunities, improved infrastructure and green space for the whole community to enjoy.
At its peak, Eden Grove will employ up to 250 people, sustaining hundreds of jobs during its five year construction programme and will leave behind around 20 permanent jobs as part of its legacy.
