Concert in the Park, the annual family festival at Beaufort Park, took place on Saturday 2 September 2017. Set in Beaufort Park's stunning landscaped gardens, the event attracted over 600 attendees for an afternoon and evening of music, dance and sampling a range of the neighbourhood's finest cuisines.
Throughout the day, Rouge Studios, a community-based creative hub, offered free dance and exercise classes for guests. Local beautician Hannah London provided complimentary manicures, pedicures and hair styling from its team at the Beaufort Park salon.
The evening was headlined by Queens of Soul who performed a bespoke blend of current chart hits and nostalgic pop, supported by Phoebe's Live Lounge who provided a relaxing blend of sophisticated and smooth jazz covers.
Craig Carson, Managing Director, St George West London, said: "Concert in the Park was an exceptional event this year, with a large number of attendees and fantastic entertainment for the whole family. The concert brought together the whole community to enjoy an afternoon of talented performances, delicious food and beverages and the lovely summer weather."
Guests enjoyed an array of UK and international cuisine including Caribbean fusion street food by Over The Grill, award winning ice cream by Lucky Cow, authentic pizza by Pizza Massimo and hot drinks and refreshments by Coffee Affair.
