Residents have moved into Green Park Village, the first St Edward development to join the Berkshire property landscape, just in time for Christmas. Located south of Reading town centre, adjacent to Green Park Business Park, Green Park Village is a beautiful lakeside retreat, spread across 60 acres and surrounded by green open space.
Adam and Francesca reserved their four bedroomed property off plan back in January 2016, Adam explains: "We decided to buy a house at Green Park Village for a number of reasons - firstly, the Berkeley Group has an excellent reputation as a house builder, plus we really liked the New England architectural design of the homes and the lovely lakeside setting. As the development becomes more established, the market square is finished, and other residents move in, we look forward to a village community evolving.
Last weekend Adam Armer and Francesca Bates became the first residents to move into the highly sought after lakeside development.
"We are really looking forward to living at Green Park Village - it will be a place to finally call our own. A beautiful home in such lovely grounds, St Edward are creating trim trails and paths around the lake which means we'll be able to go for lovely walks and runs from our doorstep."
Longwater Reach, the latest phase of homes available to purchase off plan at Green Park Village, features a collection of 74 two, three and four bedroom houses priced from £367,500.
