St George recently celebrated the completion of its Kew Bridge development, with a well-attended event held at its onsite riverside gastro pub, One Over The Ait on the 8th September 2016.
The mixed-use riverside development provides 308 highly specified homes set amongst a vibrant public realm with 150m of riverside walkway. Residents of Kew Bridge can also enjoy an array of exclusive amenities including a fitness suite, underground parking and 24 hour concierge as well as a selection of local conveniences including a Costa coffee shop, Sainsbury's local and Hammond's butchers and delicatessen.
The milestone event was marked with speeches from Land Director Malcolm Wood and Leader of Hounslow Council Steve Curran, as well as a special guest appearance from Ruth Cadbury MP.
Malcolm Wood, Land Director of St George West London, said: "We are delighted to celebrate the completion of our Kew Bridge development, and are grateful for the hard work and support of our many stakeholders over the years, with particular thanks to JTP, the council and community, our neighbours at Regatta Point and the Strand on the Green Association.
"We now look forward to enjoying the continued success of Kew Bridge, which has already become a thriving riverside community, and a core part of the local area - which has witnessed significant improvements in local transport, health and education."
