Home is Where the Art Is
Art plays a very important role within our homes. It is often a reflection of an individual’s personality, emotions and experiences, igniting something very special as you walk through the door.
We have sought to bring art to the fore at our Camden Goods Yard development, gracing the walls of our marketing suite and Showhomes with creative talent.
We are therefore excited to announce our collaboration with Oliver Pavic, a self-taught contemporary artist, whose Paradox collection, comprising an acrylic deconstruction and decomposition of figures, will be displayed throughout our new Showhome called The Clarence.
Born in 1984 in a post-communist repressed Yugoslavia, and with a background in architecture, Oliver’s work seeks to reinterpret existing forms, taking inspiration from artists such as Francis Bacon, Nicola Samorì and Adrian Ghenie.
As a contemporary painter, Oliver is interested in how textures relay the emotions, and how the application or manipulation of texture expresses the narrative.
The Paradox collection has been loaned to Camden Goods Yard from Adorn the Common, a gallery previously based in nearby Primrose Hill, and is available to view from 22nd March.
The new Clarence Showhome has been thoughtfully designed by Base Interiors with our Hepworth Palette specification, featuring clean, contemporary lines, natural tones, and earthy textures.
Designed with style, sophistication, and comfort in mind, the Showhome provides prospective residents with a glimpse into life at Camden Goods Yard, while Oliver’s palette of rich tones including Ox Blood, Hunter Green, and Saddle Brown perfectly complement the lush greens and warm burgundy accents found within Showhome.
The Clarence sits within The Regent, the highly anticipated first release at Camden Goods Yard, which comprises a range of Manhattan, one, two, and three-bedroom homes.
Spread across two buildings, The Regent offers residents exclusive access to impressive amenities located on the ground and first floors. This includes The Regency Lounge, beautifully curated by Tara Bernerd, a state-of-the-art gym, a wellness suite complete with a pool, steam room and sauna, and screening rooms for movie nights.
If you’d like a front row seat to Oliver’s Paradox collection and a first look at our stunning new Showhome, The Camden Goods Yard Sales & Marketing Suite is open daily between 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday, we look forward to welcoming you.
