Couple Relocate to Paddock Wood to Find Their Perfect Home
Couple relocate to Paddock Wood to find their perfect home
Couple, Lawrence and Nicole (aged 29 and 30), had been living in a one-bedroom apartment in Dartford for many years, before deciding it was time to move to a more rural location and upsize to a house for more space.
The couple set their sights on a new-build home, wanting somewhere low maintenance and ready to move into, as well as somewhere more efficient. As they began their search, Lawrence and Nicole came across Berkeley ’s new development Foal Hurst Green – a new countryside address in the charming village of Paddock Wood , comprising a range of three, four, and five-bedroom houses and a small collection of apartments crafted in keeping with the local Kentish architecture.
Lawrence says: “We had lived in an apartment for five years, but decided we needed more space. We knew we wanted a new build, so we didn’t have to do any work and the property would be easy to maintain longer term. Having looked a few different developments, Foal Hurst Green really did stand out from the rest.”
The couple went on to purchase a three-bedroom detached house in May and are now happily settling into their new home.

Lawrence explains: “The developments layout and design is so carefully thought out, we especially love all the landscaping. Our home goes above and beyond what we were initially searching for. We love the modern finish - everything is brand-new, bright and high-quality – but the solar panel and large garden exceeded our expectations too.
“We knew a new home would be more efficient, a key consideration given the rising cost in living, and despite upsizing to a larger home, we’re really impressed with how much money we’ve managed to save on our bills.
“We would absolutely recommend Foal Hurst Green to friends and family, the sales team were so accommodating and always kept us in the loop – we have been really pleased with everything.”
