Dipna Anand is an Indian chef, cookbook author and television personality, recognised for championing Punjabi cuisine through her family business, the award-winning Brilliant Restaurant in Southall.
Having grown up in Southall, Dipna's latest venture represents an expansion within the community where she was born and raised, bringing a new dining concept to one of West London's largest regeneration projects.
Bringing a New Dining Concept to Southall
Famous for her mastery of traditional Indian cuisine, Dipna has expanded her presence in her home neighbourhood with a gastro-style eatery that blends Indian flavours with Western classics in a relaxed, casual dining atmosphere.
The concept combines popular Indian dishes with British favourites, reflecting the area's multicultural heritage and creating a dining experience designed to appeal to a wide range of visitors.
In this exciting new premises, Dipna promises to offer something new. She comments:
