A Guide to Own New
Step 1
Find your new Berkeley Group home.
Step 2
Within five days of making a reservation, receive a Letter of Acknowledgment and send it to your mortgage broker to apply for an Own New mortgage [1].
Step 3
Exchange with a valid mortgage offer and a minimum 20% deposit within six weeks of the reservation [1].
Step 4
Wait for the build of your new home to be complete.
Step 5
You’re ready to move in.
