Regent’s View offers First Time Buyer homes which are available at a discount below market value, to qualifying applicants in Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Newham, or Islington.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Earn below the maximum combined household income of £90,000 for the individual property at the date of application.
  • Have been a resident of one of the following London boroughs for at least 12 months: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Newham, or Islington; or
  • Have been employed within one of the following London boroughs for at least 12 months: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Newham, or Islington.
  • Does not currently own and has never have owned a property.

One Bedroom Homes: £380,000
Two Bedroom Homes: £420,000
