Family Finds Forever Home at Hollyfields With Berkeley

With two children approaching senior school age, Ruslan and Ekaterina Danilevich needed a new family home that offered them both space for their growing family and good senior school education on their doorstep. Having rented for five years in various locations around the UK, Ruslan and Ekatrina knew that they wanted to put down their roots in a town that had a good community spirit with a lot going on. "We were already familiar with the south of England and fell in love with Tunbridge Wells when we visited," says Ruslan, "It's the perfect size, it's a beautiful town and has fantastic amenities, as well as being an easy commute for my wife and I."
