White City Living, Hammersmith and Fulham

A vast warehousing and logistics site is making way for a community of more than 1,400 new homes set within beautifully landscaped parkland, a short walk from three of London's top five universities.

The new five acre Exhibition Park will be a green and inviting oasis in the heart of White City, bordered by a series of restored Victorian railway arches which are being brought to life as new cafés, restaurants and shops. The landscape is made up of public squares, gardens, fountains and footpaths, with a mix of quiet shady seating areas, outdoor cafés and more lively community spaces where sculptures and shallow fountains invite children in to play.

New pedestrian routes through the railway viaduct on the southern edge of the site will link this development with the neighbouring Westfield Shopping Centre while a new pedestrian deck and footbridge to the west will create new routes over the Central Line.
